Hoist is the key component of a crane. Its overall measurements partially influence the height of the working area as well. Cranes, manufactured by our Company, may be completed with hoists, produced by “ABUS Kransysteme” (Germany) and other manufacturers.

Chain-type or wire-rope-type hoists may be manufactured. Earlier manufactured and in Russia manufactured hoists are of one speed, and modern hoists, manufactured in Western countries, are produced with two lifting and driving speeds with a an increased constructional lifting height. Manufactured hoists are divided into groups of easy, average, difficult and extremely difficult working modes.

Chain hoists are manufactured up to load-lifting capacity not exceeding 4 t, with stationary or mechanical drive. Subject to client’s requests, chain hoists may be manufactured with manual or electric drive devices. Load-lifting capacity of the manufactured chain hoists ranges from 0,5 t to 120 t (it depends on the manufacturer). Wire rope hoists are of several types and modifications, subject to load-lifting capacity, and are manufactured with two-speed drives.

GM 2 ELECTRIC CHAIN HOIST   Load-lifting capacity – up to 630 kg. Scope -as a standard product with a control panel. 2 lifting speeds with standard lifting qualities.
GM 4 ELECTRIC CHAIN HOIST   Load-lifting capacity – up to 1250 kg. Scope - as a standard product with a control panel. 2 lifting speeds with standard lifting qualities.
GM 6 ELECTRIC CHAIN HOIST   Load-lifting capacity – up to 2500 kg. Scope - as a standard product with a control panel. 2 lifting speeds with standard lifting qualities.
GM 8 ELECTRIC CHAIN HOIST
Load-lifting capacity – up to 4000 kg. Scope - as a standard product with a control panel. 2 lifting speeds with standard lifting qualities.
TROLLEYS HF push trolleys Nominal load of the trolley - up to 5000 kg.   EF electric trolley   Nominal load of the trolley - up to 5000 kg. Two-speed motor – 5/20 m/min.
TYPE E “MONORAIL HOIST“   Load-lifting capacity – up to 12,5 t. Compact design. Two directly driven crab wheels with covered sprocket pairs. The crab may be adjusted in accordance with the required width of flange.
TYPE S “SINGLE-SIDED MOUNTING HOIST”   Load-lifting capacity – up to 10 t. Reeving next to the bridge of the crane enables maximum usage of the hook height. Hoist must be erected on single-girder bridge crane the length of bridge not exceeding 35 m.
TYPE U “LOWER ERECTED HOIST”   Load-lifting capacity – up to 12,5 t. Hoist may be erected on standard rolled double T-profile girder. Two directly driven crab wheels with covered sprocket pairs.
TYPE D “DOUBLE-GIRDER HOIST OF A NORMAL MODEL“   Load-lifting capacity – up to 63 t. Rigid coupling of an electric hoist and a crab with four bearing wheels. Two directly driven crab wheels with covered sprocket pairs. Convenient servicing of the hoist, additional instalment of servicing site is not required.
TYPE DQA “DOUBLE-GIRDER HOIST OF A LOWERED MODEL“   Load-lifting capacity – up to 40 t. Very small overall height. Rigid coupling of an electric hoist and a crab with four bearing wheels. Two directly driven crab wheels with covered sprocket pairs.
TYPE Z “DOUBLE-GIRDER HOIST WITH DOUBLE REEVING”   Load-lifting capacity – up to 120 t. Double reeve. Rigid coupling of an electric hoist and a crab with four bearing wheels. Two directly driven crab wheels with covered sprocket pairs. Convenient servicing of the hoist, additional instalment of servicing site is not required.
